The private customer from Badalona comes up to your Project Management company (you are the CEO and a Project Manager) with the request to prepare a
project proposal for “Luxury open sport club in the beach area of Badalona” close to Badalona Port as part of important private development program for the chain
of luxury residential complexes. Make up the project with the following characteristics:
• Budget: Up to 5 million euros
• Deadline: June 1st
, 2022 (starting January 24th 2022)
• Technical characteristics: should be mostly in the open spaces and very close to the sea
• Customer: Private real estate company
• In your proposal you must use all material discussed in class, especially making RFP, WBS list, showing AON networking for the time duration of the project,
propose your resource management and demonstrate the resource implementation, cost management distribution (group time-resource-cost constrains of
the project + Gantt chart), risk (RBS) and close/follow up aspects of the project. The AON and Gantt charts must be done in PM program!
• You should make references to real names (people, places, etc.) to elaborate your work. Be as creative as possible but control the budget and the deadline.
Formalities:
• Wordcount: max. 1000 words.
• Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded of the total wordcount.
• Font: Arial 12,5 pts.
• The in-text References and the Bibliography have to be in Harvard’s citation style.
