The Implementation of coloured Jug to prevent Dehydration in Vulnerable Patients on an Elderly Ward

Down below are the areas I want the researcher to focus on.
I have also attached the full feedback from the marker and the patch work portfolio guidiance.
During my meeting with the marker , I was given advice to change the idea of the sticker to Implement colourd Jug in Hospital.
The marker stated that what ever idea I am using , should beer in mind that I need 5 articles to backup the idea.
The reaseacher should use idea of cloured jug for implementation if he can find 5 articls to back it up.
The title of implementation should be on the PICO according to markser’s feedback.
When making the change in patch 5, the change agent can take the idea that has worked in one setting to implement in another setting.
When rewriting, the researcher should please focus on all the feedback from marker as this was her advice during the meeting.
