Follow the example we cover in class (see below) and keep in mind that:
- the overall question of the research is: What has been the impact of Covid on US Households?
- the population of our study is US Households. The head of the household will be answering the questions of the survey for the whole family.
Develop one General Research Question based on the Topic you select. Then, develop two (2) more focused research questions.
Here are examples:
Education Topic General Question
What has been the impact of Covid on the education of your household members?
More focus Research question:
- What has been the impact of Covid on your children’s education (k-12 ) students?
- What has been the impact of Covid on the adult household members that were pursuing an education?
Make sure you don’t develop demographic questions like:
What is your marital status?
What is your household composition?
What is your household income?
For now, follow the given example in the lecture:
