ASSIGNMENT REQUIREMENTS
Write a proposal (7-9 pages), based on scientifically backed data, for an organization’s leadership to screen candidates for a training and development specialist, according to the following scenario:
Company T is a large global organization consisting of 5,000 employees in multiple locations worldwide. Assume you are responsible for creating a battery of tests to use in selection to hire a person for training and development specialist role and create 15 behavioral interview questions.
Skills required in a candidate that need to be assessed through the three standardized test and structured interview are

Your proposal must be researched based and meet all of the following criteria for a passing grade
• You must explain how the training and development specialist role is either an industrial or an organizational role or both per the required resource, Work in the 21st century: An introduction to industrial and organizational psychology (5th ed.) by Landy, F. J. & Conte, J. M.
• Identify the job characteristic or skill that you think the test would support (if a validity study were conducted) and explain the implications of assessment for both the industrial and organizational side.
• Use the Mental Measurements Yearbook database, the Health and Psychosocial Instruments database, or the PsycTESTS database to research tests to use for selection screening. Select three standardized tests from these resources. USE the following three tests as their data has been provided, additional research needed for backing decision:
o Hogan Personality Inventory (Data from Mental Health Yearbook Database)
o Cultural Intelligence Scale (CQS) (Data from PsychTest Database)

• Comprehensively analyze each of the three standardized tests and includes the psychometric data and which job skills are evaluated by the one or more of the tests.
• Comprehensively analyze both the ethical and diversity standards and considerations for each of the three selected tests (pros and cons of each of the three tests).
• Analyze how individual differences are evaluated for each of the selected tests.
• Develop a structured 15-questions interview that complements the battery of tests and accounts for individual differences.
