PICOT Question:
In nurses experiencing compassion fatigue, what is the effect of informational sessions on stress response compared with standard ways within five months?
Research Question: Not all types of research are amenable to the PICOT format. Since you will be doing a poster based on a review of 3 different types of NURSING studies, you will need to formulate a Research Question based on the PICOT question. Several articles are available in the module that help describe different types of research questions and will assist you in correctly writing the RQ. Develop and write a Research Question (RQ) based on your PICOT question. For further explanation see Chapter 6 in your textbook (p. 97-100)(20 points).

Are informational sessions effective in helping nurses cope with compassion fatigue in their workplace?
Purpose Statement: Develop a purpose statement based on the PICOT question and the Research Question.See chapter 6in your textbook for assistance in developing and writing the Purpose Statement (p. 96-97)(25 points)

Purpose Statement:

This work will explore the use of informational sessions in helping the nurses change their behavior and perception of their work when exhausted by compassion fatigue.
Problem Statement: Develop and write a problem statement based on the PICOT Question, RQ, and Purpose Statement. A Problem Statement describes the problem as given in the PICOT, RQ, and Purpose Statement and isa paragraph in lengthof 150-200 words minimum. You will need to information obtained from your selected review of the literature. You MUST use in-text citations in correct APA format for all information and provide a full correct APA reference below the paragraph from the chosen Review of the Literature. See chapter 6 in your textbook for assistance and samples of Problem Statements (p. 95-96)(30 points).

Problem Statement:
In essence, it is true that nurses treat patients suffering from diverse conditions, some of which make them experience compassion fatigue. The growing population of patients requiring compassionate care has been increasing, leading to exhaustion among the nurses. Since healthcare workers and clinicians need to work tirelessly, it is only essential that their attitude changes to facilitate collaboration and efficiency in care delivery. Due to the vulnerable population that nurses deal with, it becomes necessary to have them supported, given that they find compassionate care challenging, exhausting, and draining (Sinclair et al., 2017). Some of these patients suffer from substance use disorders, which make it hard to deal with them. The informational sessions are a part of structure and incentives that enable the delivery of quality care since they change the nurses’ perception and view of healthcare service delivery. Besides, they are encouraged to show effort and commitment to improving the population’s health despite exhaustion. Indeed, this method of invention should prove successful to the target nurse population.
