Project description
The kitchen renovation project includes installation/refurbishing of cabinets, sink, backsplashes, and
floor. All appliances in the kitchen area will be replaced with new ones. The project comprises sanitary
work, construction work, woodwork, and some electric work. The floor installation will perform first,
followed by other rest.
Project Delivery Method
Project duration
The project will take seven days to complete: counted from the day of formal approval and advance
payment of 40% from the client. The flow of work with the time consumed in each task the flow of
payments is presented in the table below.
Payment terms
40% of the total amount of the project is payable at approval and before starting any activity on the
site.
40% payment to be made after delivery of all the raw material and appliances at the site.
20% payment to be made after complete commissioning and refurbishing of the kitchen and its
accessories as mentioned in the table below. Material specifications
The use of products from a specific brand is subject to availability. In case of any discrepancy or
unavailability, an alternative brand of the equivalent reputation will be used.
