Nine one-page essays separately. For each topic, write 275 words (one page) following the below guidelines. Suppose you are a social worker working in an Asian community-based NGO in US. Make up convincing stories/ examples (privilege and oppression; systematic and institutional issues, etc…)
1. Why did you select this particular topic to explore (e.g., why was it interesting or meaningful to you?) 30 words
2. Two examples of how materials enhance your knowledge of topic and its impact on people and/or organizations you have worked with, or would like to work with in the future? 50 words for each example, 100 words total
3. how might the information you have learned be applied to your work specifically in relation to your field of practice as enterprise administration? Provide one concrete example. 90 words
