A case scenario of increase in health care package about a service user.
= I am able to meet her need by doing a conversation record, supporting with
support budget guide and eligibility tool to show she is eligible for the increase in
care package. Doing this I am able to meet her needs which relates to wellbeing, her
right and justice though eligibility criteria needs to be assessed while her economic
wellbeing is look into.
