Project is about the necessary and main team to assemble a project of a building of a
complex of houses. The team of architects and engineers will provide all the details and
authorizations to start construction, and then a team of the project planner will define the
time and money required for the construction.
 The Marketing Manager: will be responsible for studying marketing and increasing
sales.
 The Engineer: needs to be on the project from the beginning to the end of the
project to supervise all services, ensuring that workers are following the project
specifications and are done with the expected quality and time.
 The purchasing manager: must ensure the availability of the necessary resources
and materials for each individual task throughout the project.
 HR Manager: responsible for training and hiring workers.

The Engineer will be responsible for creating and controlling the project from start to finish

Performance management is the process used to manage team performance. A key
performance indicator (KPI) is a quantifiable metric that reflects how well an employee is
achieving its stated goals and objectives. In this project, it must be checked monthly:
 Timeline: percentage of completion on time, number of schedule adjustments);
 Budget: variation, number of budget iterations;
 Quality: internal customer satisfaction, number of errors;
 Effectiveness: training, research required for the project, number of project
milestones completed on time.
4. Give an example of a time you have used your teamwork and communication
skills to either advise others of performance issues, deal with stakeholders or
resolve conflict. Describe the communication method(s) you used and explain why
you chose it.
I was working as an engineer for a tower complex. My tasks were to coordinate the team
of technicians and field staff, and also to manage subcontractors. And I needed to report to
the Senior Engineer, who was the Project Manager. Most services were performed by
subcontractors. However, a team of its own employees was maintained to support the
expected quality of services that were the responsibility of subcontractors. This situation
was bringing an extra cost to the project. When I noticed that the problem was
communication with subcontractors. I decided to send a plan to the MP to prepare weekly
meetings with the subcontractors. As a result, our communication and goals were clearer
