In this discussion forum, you will first compare and contrast Kirkpatrick’s model with one other program evaluation model. For the first part of this discussion, you will offer three specific examples of how the models are similar and three specific examples of how they are different. For the second part of the discussion, you will create a word cloud of 40 to 50 words, that illustrates the characteristics and purpose of a program evaluation. You may use any word cloud generator of your choice.

Then, provide an analysis of the action research project or article by creating a numbered list that includes the following seven components: 1) context or brief background, 2) problem investigated, 3) purpose statement, 4) method of action research, 5) type(s) of data collected, 6) findings, and 7) action plan. Your analysis list should include enough detail to provide an overview or summary of the project or article.
