Below is the business case that was followed and completed from WEEK 2 (attached as business case northeastern):

Business Case: Write a business case for Northeastern University CPS Boston (Change to your campus location) to increase the enrollment of local learners in this project management program, with an estimated increase in year 1 of 15%, and subsequently up to 30% in year 5.

Propose an initial estimated budget to invest in this endeavor and explain what that budget would be used for.
Propose a timeline for project execution of 1 year.
Discuss all the essential components of a project management business case proposal that would feed into the project charter.
Main goal of this business case would aim to increase the proportion of the local Toronto (Change to your campus location) professional population enrollment into NEU CPS PJM program.

At this point, we are performing a comprehensive preparation of a charter document, so remember that there will be many facets to this document that serves as a formal initiation artifact once approved by the sponsor.

For this document, focus on those items specifically for this project, but consider other factors that may not be listed. Be creative!

Use marketing research skills in how to increase enrollment and you’re expected to consult with a SME from the Boston campus or the NEU CPS marketing team.

Add additional categories as you see fit.

You will have to make some reasonable assumptions to complete the analysis, but this is often the case this early in a project.

Cite all sources using APA format.
