Pick an ethical issue in the realm of criminal justice
In this paper, students are expected to review, synthesize, and apply
relevant literature concerning a topic of choice. The paper must critically
examine a current criminal justice ethical or moral dilemma using
empirical literature and provide well thorough solutions to these
problems. Students are expected to be familiar with APA format, and
papers will not be accepted that are not typed in APA. Only the use of
academic/empirical, literature and credible media sources are allowed to

CREDIBLE IF UNSURE. The paper will be examined on four parts: APA
format/ grammar, introduction to the topic, literature review, and conclusions/

Instructor. The introduction will briefly introduce the topic and inform the
reader of the importance of this particular topic. The literature
Involves providing the reader with literature that appropriately supports
the main idea of the paper. Further, provide an analysis of the problem
utilizing the literature. Finally, the conclusion/ recommendation provides
evidence-based recommendations to remedy the dilemma, innovative
recommendations that are well thought out, and summarize the main
points of the paper. A 7-10 page paper: includes an introduction,
literature review, and conclusion/recommendation. Papers that do
not adhere to the page requirement will suffer a penalty at the
professor’s discretion. Reference page not included in the 10
pages. Paper with a Turnitin score of 15% or higher will be considered
a plagiarized paper.
