My business idea will be called Petrol, which is also known as Gasoline. This will be similar to Postmates and Uber, but for your vehicle. Petrol will be an app that you can download in your phone and this provides gasoline service on the go. To sign up for the service you will fill out personal information in the app, gas station preference, gad quality preference and bank account information for direct payments. Where ever you are, being that at work, restaurant, home, or anywhere else your vehicle may be parked you can open the app, request the service and based on your location finder the nearest Petrol employee will bring you gasoline. the delivery people will be average drivers who will be employed by Petrol, just like Uber drivers. they will carry 5-gallon tanks with them for this service. Gasoline will be purchased from preferred station and deliver. each employee will be given a Petrol account card that will be used for the purchase. as the purchase is made, consumer will get a receipt in their phone notifying the gas has been purchased and it’s on its way. You must be available to accept the service. As soon as the purchase is made a receipt of notification will be sent to your phone. This service will be provided all over the State. Everyone with a Driver License will be able to benefit from this service. The goal is to save time and provide convenience to the consumer. You don’t have to make trips to the gas stations late hours, during work hours, no need to get your hand dirty, and will never be out of Gas.

of your venture (i.e. you are NOT doing a generic SWOT analysis. You are using

elements of the SWOT analysis to justify your chosen strategy: SWOT and

strategy must be clearly linked in your answer)
