PEER REVIEW:

My insight on this group project is that, everyone contributed on their way to make this project successfully. At the beginning, we find it little difficulty because we dont really know where to start but after contacted professor and gave us what to do, then communicating each other through the discussion board. late response from other such as Jennifer and Carolyn, most of the time me and Laura communicated a lot but toward the end Carolyn communicate a lot too but Jennifer kind of given excuses all the time. In make of nursing diagnosis, we are going back fort for which nursing diagnosis will fit this patients problem but at the end we all agreed in final diagnosis. our strength is that, we connected and work together and we respect each others opinion and weakness is that we dont respond on time to which we rushed toward the end in to finish the project before due date. Contribution is not equal, I can say we all contributed differently, in making diagnosis everybody contributed, I can say Jennifer contributed less and always given excuses all the time. For next project, what I would do is to try to get everyone phone numbers to communicate so that it will not be only on discussion board and also find one or two days meet, by doing this, maybe it will make everyone serious and be more effective.

SELF ASSESSMENT:

At the beginning, i thought this course will be that easy since is just assessment of patient without knowing is more to it. Advance health assessment is very wide and it require a lot of critical thinking. It advanced me in the way of assessing my patients in other to accomplished quality patient outcome. although it was very difficulty for me in the course specially the assessment part but will the feedback from professor, text book such as Jarvis physical assessment book and some online resources help through it. And also learned from my group too the way some of them view of the patient. I do contributed by formulating part of the nursing process such as nursing assessment, diagnosis, plan, implementation and evaluation. My strength is that I do read a lot and more focused to reach my goal as BSN graduate and my weakness is planning, time management and prioritization. What I will do for next time, I will create more time for my study, get in touch with course mate more, plan well and prioritized my schedule.
