Include a force field analysis for the change (Lewin’s model) in making your decision.
Include the initial analyses you will conduct in assessing readiness for change, planning the change
Describe the process you will use; i.e. pilot study, small tests of change, system wide, etc. with rationale.
Discuss the role of power and authority in the change process.

Some barriers addressed. What about resistance of the executives that fly to the locations? Why is this the current structure? 10 5

I recommend using the writing center. There are multiple grammatical, sentence structure and APA errors. 20 8
