As discussed already, here is the essay that failed with feedback. The original given I altered to fit assigment and correct the reference. The main area that failed was from the original work and not my additions. Infract my additions were where the focus should be.

While the topic was IV fluid the focus should have been around improvement methodology and leadership challanges experienced around this.
PDSA topic which I have, the test of change and outcome and challenges.
My focus is on the evidence of my PDSA and audit which shows poor documentation and test of change to improve the documentation etc

This assignment should concentrate more on the range of theories and principles in quality improvement and the leadership challenges faced.
