I would like to develop an academic paper with the below title: ” Nuclear Knowledge Management and Organizational Resilience in Nuclear Programs ” as a topic and develop a model that ensures that once followed, the knowledge is better captured. The paper could examine the relationship between knowledge management and organizational resilience. I’m confident that with the literature on knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization will with no doubt reveal to have a positive and significant influence on organizational resilience. The paper should evaluate the management of knowledge in projects and demonstrate my knowledge in this area. the paper should have diagrams and link between (theory, research and practice).
