Need help defining 2 sections of a larger business plan.
Iām developing an international business plan to take a high-tech exercise bike manufacturer (like Nordic Trac, Peloton or MYX) capable of on demand at home training, headquartered in the United States and building a plan to expand the business internationally, specifically, to the Indian market. The strategy will be business to consumer (B2C) which will include stores in high foot traffic areas such as downtown in a major city in India or in shopping malls. The market entry mode will be a wholly owned subsidiary.
What I need help with is defining the plan for the following 2 sections.
Section 1: Detail the plan for the creation of a Global Management Information System. Define the databases needed, etc; what information systems will be required to facilitate international business activities between India and the U.S.
Section 2: Identify Human Resources for management of international business activities. What personnel is needed to operate internationally?
