Leadership in Effective Teamwork Paper (30% of final grade): The purpose of this assignment is to research a topic (subject to the instructor’s approval) related to Leadership in Effective Teamwork and report the findings in an academic paper. THIS PAPER IS DUE DURING WEEK 5. MAKE SURE YOU ANSWER ALL 7 POINTS – AT A MINIMUM.

This is an INDIVIDUAL project that requires each student to accomplish/submit their own work. It will be helpful to choose a topic in this area that is of interest to you. If you wish to use the same Organization that you wrote about in your Organizational Change Paper for LDR 440 Leading Change Class, then that is fine. Just make sure you do NOT submit the same paper without the Instructor for that class and my permissions. A total of five (5) scholarly journal articles are required. The paper is due SATURDAY Apr 27 at 2359 (11:59 P.M.)

Submission criteria: 1000 – 1250 words, typed, double-spaced, one-inch margins, 12-point font (Times New Roman or Arial), and APA format (including cover sheet: Subject, Title, Course Number, and Name; Reference page; and citations) and written in “3rd person). Citations from a minimum of five (5) scholarly journal articles (peer-reviewed, valid and reliable) should be integrated throughout the body of the paper.

The paper should, at a minimum, address the following elements:

The history of the subject matter along with its description,
How the concept has evolved since its inception,
What are the guiding principles/theories of the subject matter,
The value of the concept or practice,
The strengths and weaknesses,
How the subject matter can be utilized in companies today, and
How might one utilize the concept or practice in their workplace today and/or in the future.
The grading for this paper will include proper spelling, grammar, general organization, adherence to APA format, extent to which the elements (above) are addressed, content, and details.

Critical thinking skills must also be exhibited in the report, reflecting a full understanding and comprehension of the material.
