He concluded that the successful integration of diverse employees into the workforce can be enhanced by using groups to facilitate the dual socialization process involved in developing a bicultural identity. Developing workplace groups which enhance diversity increases bicultural employees’ sense of belonging to the organization, which generates a more loyal and productive workforce (Nan Van Den Bergh, 2008).
