A 45 y/o female presents to her PCP provider with complaints of excessive fatigue, occasional intermittent fevers, unusual bruises on her lower legs without any known trauma and some sores in her mouth. The symptoms come and go and have been present for about 2 months. She thinks she is going through menopause as well. She has had some irregularities in her period, skipping one every other month for the past 6 months with some hot flashes, headaches and mood swings. Her past medical history is significant for mild HTN, mild anemia and allergic rhinitis. Her medications are hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg q am, ferrous sulfate 325 mg one q daily and claritan 10 mg one q daily. Her last mammogram was 18 months ago and her last pap was 3 1/2 years ago. Her routine labs were due 3 months ago. Her family history is significant for both parents having type II diabetes, her dad had an MI at 65 is deceased, her older sister had a history of breast cancer at age 43.

Her current vital signs are: p= 82 bpm, Resp = 16 rpm, temp = 99.9 and BP is 142/90
