Here are some problems and their solutions and strategies that has been implemented earlier:-

Owning and managing a local business that is trying to prosper
is already difficult because of the limitations the occupation
forces on us. Jelld is a local company that is trying to sell its
products to the whole world, many businesses already shutdown
due to the constraints that is forced upon us which makes it
harder to make profit. As for Jelld , they faced some problems
such as; first, they couldn’t find the materials or tools/machines
to manufacture their products in here, and it was hard for them
to import these machines, so they had to figure out a way to fix
this issue by starting to make their own manufacturing tools.
Jelld made out of their problems and limitations success stories,
so every problem included a success story. Second major
problem they faced was that they couldn’t get their revenue into
Palestine. Revenues of the first year was estimated at
approximately 250,000S, getting this amount of money or even
the half of it to Palestine is nearly impossible due to not only
occupational constraints and taxes but also due to the Palestinian
National Authority’s regulations which exhibited that it is not
common to have this amount of money to be delivered or
transferred here without having suspicious questions. Regardless
of the amount of personal and non-personal questions it is most
probably not going to help to deliver the money this way.
In the second working year for Jelled the revenue was 750,000S
so it was much harder to even get this bigger amount of money
delivered. PayPal is a well-known digital payments network

send and receive money, and accept payments. Pay pal was
another alternative way to get the money delivered here but
based on the PayPal policy the maximum amount of money that
can be transferred through PayPal is up to 60,000S but may be
limited to $10,000, in a single transaction.

As a solution for the above-mentioned problem, Jelld managers
established a company in the USA where they could save the
money and transfer it into Palestine in various down payments
Another major problem, they faced was that shipping outside
Palestine was too expensive or even nearly impossible, because
of the lack of shipping methods in Palestine. To solve that
problem, they also installed a stock in the USA, in which they
used as a stock and a distribution point; which made it easier and
more convenient to ship to anywhere in the world in conclusion,
starting and surviving a business that actually aids and
participates in the Palestinian economy in a way that helps to
make us independent from the occupation’s mercy Is difficult
because the business itself and its owners and managers are
exposed to many challenges other than competition, from mostly
occupational limitations and restrictions.
