International Marketing Plan written for the CEO of your chosen of EU SME company for one distinct physical product (not an entire company, brand or range of products) completely new to market in one of: Korea
it must be a physical product (not a service, not software, not an app). It must be manufactured in the EU. It must be made by a EU SME (100% EU owned) and not a subsidiary of a large company. To be an SME it must have less than 250 employees and less than €50m (£30m) annual revenue. The product must be ‘new to the market’ of your country of choice(korea). Most products can be ordered on-line remotely these days however your task is to establish a real not a virtual (web only) presence in a new country. Therefore, web only marketing and distribution plans are also not allowed for pedagogical reasons.
