Few things to consider: It may be a good idea to include a table or chart showing fish oil supplement effects on blood pressure ( if such table or chart was available in your referenced material). Also, you should include some information pertaining to patient education and counseling as part of treatment and/or prevention.
There are occasionally large parts/paragraphs that do not have citations listed. For example p.10-11 (classification of HTN) – first and part of 2nd paragraph – was this from an article?. P.13 – last paragraph – in text citation?
Also, as listed below, please proofread entire paper as there may be words that pass spell check but are extra or were autocorrected into something else that doesn’t make sense.

References: all in different font. Make sure you the entire paper in the same font style and size. Also, all listed references need to have equal spacing between them. Finally, there are references where you state “retrieved from” and some are missing this. Also, you need to include a date when the article was retrieved from a website. This is part of APA format and it is important as some of the websites get edited periodically and information may change (does not apply to already written research paper published in a journal).
