The task requires writing a literature review of 5500 words on the following topic:
The Effect of Work Environment Factors on Training Transfer: A Case Study in Saudi Arabia’s Al Khaleej Company.
My research proposal is attached to the main task folder to understand the problem and objective of the study. It will also help you to build and write the literature review.

- Introduction to the Literature Review
Outline the topic, introduce any definitions and jargon and define the scope of your literature review.
1.4 Transfer of Training Models
You will be writing about various training transfer models that have been proposed in this area of study. (to refer to the below models, have a look at the list of references at the bottom.)
- Cervero (1985, 1988) model
- Foxon’s (1994) Stages of Transfer Model
- Barnett and Ceci (2002). Framework
- Kozlowski and Salas (1997). Multilevel Model
- Baldwin and Ford’s (1988) model (( The focus should be put on this model, and an explanation of its elements, which are: trainee characteristics, training design, and the work environment, will be provided, in addition to the usage of additional sources that support and explain this model.))

The Chapter Format
- Typed in 11- or 12-point Verdana font, double or one and a half spaced with margins of approximately 2.5 centimeters.
- Use the Harvard referencing system.
Important notes
- Do not write the literature reviews in just a descriptive way. Instead use a critical writing and synthesizing sources.
- Do not write the literature reviews in complex words and make sure it is easy to read and follow.
- Do not use information from websites or non-academic sources.
- Use the attached references files, list of references, and other recent resources from your experience.
