How China and Russia are using Coronavirus Vaccines to expand their Influence Globally?

Aside from that, I have attached a document with some source I found. Please do add more as I would need an overall of at least 75+ academic sources.
Before starting the dissertation please let me know what themes you consider talking about. I think soft power is a essential component which should not be left out. I would also like to know how you are going to do the methodology before starting.
