4. a) The implementation of this system first requires manual data collection on paper through specific forms filled by medical practitioners.
5. b) The information will later be required to be transferred to an electronic database.
6. C) In institutions with limited resources, some employees have to do manual and electronic data collection, which may be tedious.
7. ii) Process of capturing data
8. a) The forms provided are too long, and the doctors tend to take twice as much time with one patient.
9. b) In facilities with limited resources, it may be realized that there are few employees, hence lagging the data collection process.
10. c) This will lead to congestion of the facilities due to increased time needed and fewer data collectors.

iii) Efficiency of staff training processes

1. a) Institutions with limited resources tend to invest less in the training of employees due to the limitations present
2. b) This will eventually affect the quality of work output and general employee performance.
3. c) This will cause inefficiency in system implementation since there is minimal knowledge on how to operate the system efficiently.

Conclusion

Implementing a new system, especially on instances where there are limited resources, can be done gradually. This will ensure efficiency throughout the implementation process since there is no strain in the use of resources hence providing a more suitable outcome.
