Therefore, the government chooses to regulate the number of individuals nationally that should have the right to have guns. According to Stanley, the government fails to understand that even the higher police officer who has full rights to use the weapons can cause unidentifiable cases or result from the shooting. Therefore, the authors propose that there can be other means that could be laid to substitute the action to regulate individuals who have the right to possess these guns.
