A description of the important stakeholders. Who are they and what is their role in the case? Are they decision makers? Are they affected by the decision? How so? This can definitely go beyond the case’s write-up you are working from.
An answer to the following questions: What do the stakeholders want? What are their values that motivate them in this case? Some basic values, for example, are that consumers want lower prices and employees want higher wages; those are things they value. Environmental groups want to protect the environment, among other things. What do the stakeholders of the case care about?
For important stakeholders, describe their legitimacy, urgency, and power. Don’t just make a list/table. Try to combine your categorizations together. For example “The CEO is the legitimate decision-maker in this case, because only the CEO can really choose whether to open up a new branch of the business. But they need input and guidance from the board of directors, and so the board is also legitimate as a contributor to this decision. The board may in fact have power over the CEO and so perhaps the board is the true decision-maker here.”
Conclude with an overview of the important stakeholders’ roles in the case and prominent reasons why those are the important ones.
You do not need to comment on what they should do. This assignment really is just asking you to demonstrate your ability to summarize and organize a complex real-life case.
