Experiment 8 – Western Blotting
**Use Times New Roman Font 12, Double Space, MLA FORMAT, and use 3rd person/ past tense***
This a lab report for an experiment done in lab. All lab report data/ calculations, results, and procedures have been completed and will be uploaded. The original lab manual will be uploaded to refer to just in case I have missed any information it will be available to add. Please use only complete sentences throughout the lab report, no bullet points. Only need 2-3 works cited sources.
The lab report should be in this order.
1. Title – must be appealing ad not just the title of the lab report
2. Introduction – must be appealing to reader
3. Materials & Methods – should be ALL materials used and methods is the procedure (PLEASE DO NOT LIST THE PROCEDURE BY DAYS WHEN WRITING REPORT)
4. Results – should include experiment data provided with brief descriiption
5. Discussion- thorough explanation and analysis of the results, possible errors or inconsistencies
6. Reference page – from sources used
