you will complete the change simulation and write-up your results and you will complete the change simulation a second time (using a different role) and write up your results.
Finally, you will write a paper addressing the following:
Briefly describe your results and your experience in the Change Simulation.
What role did you play in the first round? What was your result?
What tactics seemed to work in the first round? What tactics didn’t work? What could you have done more effectively? What did you learn from this round?
What role did you play in the second round? What was your result?
What tactics worked well in this second round? Why did you use them?
What were your key take-aways from this activity?
How does this simulation relate to actual experiences of change that you have gone through?
You will be graded based on the following:
a. your scores (based on the deviation of your scores from the mean scores for everyone in your roles) for your change simulation results (2 rounds)
b. the quality of your paper and your insights
Concise and clear writing is an important aspect of your grade for the discussion contribution and the paper.
