Establishing Maintenance Management System and Key Performance Indicators for Saudi Aramco Community Services Long Form Contractors
Brief Introduction
Saudi Aramco has many residential camps, office buildings and light industrial facilities scattered all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The aim of these facilities is to be an employer of choice and establish a healthy and attractive work place for professionals from within and outside the Kingdom.
Currently, the maintenance of the aforementioned facilities is handled by Long Form Contractors under the direct supervision of Saudi Aramco personnel, where the contractor is mostly required to provide only manpower.
The objective of this project is to study and create a Maintenance Management System and establish relevant Key Performance Indicators in order to monitor and ensure full compliance of the contractors in providing the required services; so the company can withdraw entirely from supervising and planning the contractors’ maintenance activities, while maintaining the quality of current services.
Objectives:
1. Create a Computerized Maintenance Management System, which will be the interface between Saudi Aramco and the contractors.
2. Establish relevant Key Performance Indicators to monitor and ensure full compliance of the contractors.
3. Maintain, and possibly improve, the current quality of the services.
