A positive customer experience promotes loyalty, helps the organization retain customers, and encourages brand advocacy. Today, customers have the power, not the sellers. The customer experience is the pulse of business today.

Students must conduct original research to craft the essay. Original research means that students are to become familiar with NJCU’s Guarini Library database to locate and examine secondary sources.
