This essay must include the introduction(1page) and literature review(3pages) to my senior project that i am yet to conduct. It is about educating health educators at schools in the United Arab Emirates about healthy foods and need for physical activity. I will also be teaching them about my plate and each category in the food group. I will also be teaching them about effects of unhealthy eating habits on students and benefits of a healthy diet. First you must write the literature review and then write the introduction because the introduction is like a summary to the literature review that ends with the purpose. In the introduction, you introduce the topic, talk about the prevalence of obesity and diabetes in the United Arab Emirates amongst children and what is the reason for my project and why did i choose to go to schools and educate health educators on importance of a proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle for children that includes healthy diet and physical activity. Then you start the literature review with some definitions. for example, what is obesity? what is diabetes? what are the prevalences? Then summarize a few studies that have shown that improving health educators knowledge in school have improved obesity and weight issues in children and in future generations or have had other good effects.
