In this paper, there will be no proper methodology except using other data from other researchers in other countries for comparison to see if it is possible to make working from home laws permanent in Saudi Arabia. Using UAE and Canada as comparisons, with UAE being very similar to KSA thanks to Sharia Law, and Canada is currently the best country to work from home so they are a role model (if i am wrong about Canada being the best, please use the best country instead)
IMPORTANT: Make sure it is a legal dissertation focusing on legal aspects and positives and risks. Explain why and how it is legally beneficial to adopt these laws such as people are more secured legally with their contracts for work and such. I trust you know what to do.
Chapters should be:
– Introduction
– Literature Review
– Methodology (explaining why no method used and instead comparing other countries and other data)
– Saudi Arabia currently after covid impact and working from home and why there needs to be permanent adoption of WFH laws (people lost their jobs, illegally voided contracts because they could not afford due to covid, must find sources for this) and show how WFH laws would help job security and more work production overall.
– UAE for comparison with Sharia law and see how working from home helped UAE more productive and happier people
– Canada or another major country that made working from home succeed greatly for comparison and show the positive effects of working from home such as more productive and happier life circumstances being around family and such.
– Conclusion which shows Saudi Arabia should adopt these laws after successful comparisons to UAE and Canada.
Use many sources such as Books if found, journal articles, newspaper articles, validated credible websites for use, make sure to reference every information possible even the meaning of working from home in the introduction. I put 30 as a recommended number of sources but use as many as possible.
