Digital Marketing

Working individually, your task is to prepare a 500 word analysis on a brand of your choice. The only rule here is that you must have experience of interacting with this brand as a customer and are familiar with the same. In this assessment you are required to review the website and associated social media platforms utilised by this brand.
Major essay requirements:
1. Describe the digital marketing strategies that have been used. analysing and evaluating the current website and social media platforms used by the brand.( 10 marks)
 2. Is the brand successful with their digital marketing strategies? Why? Or Why not? Pl support your argument with reasons.(15 marks)
 3. Identify a brand from the same or similar industry which has been very successful in enhancing brand awareness using digital marketing strategies and explain why you think this brand has been successful (15 marks) 4. Analyse pointwise what this successful brand is doing differently to the original brand you looked at.(20 marks) 5. Finally create a report addressed to the brand proprietor. In the report explain point wise how the brand can utilise digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness. Every bullet point you use must be explained in comparison to the benchmark brand.( 40 marks)
You must use a minimum of 4 references. These must comprise of:
• At least 2 academic articles/papers.
• Up to 2 other sources of your choice.
• Wikipedia, Slideshare, Businessballs, BizEd, Mindtools and other non-academic sources are not considered to be authoritative and will attract low marks if used. If in doubt, consult your lecturer.
