Video 1 (Video to discuss: Creating ethical cultures in business)
This was very powerful and humbly moving. At first, she seem nervous and afraid, but
suddenly she realizes she has to talk about "courage" so she used her own advice. My take
from this was, in the mist that everyone is doing wrong and you know it, seems like it is
much easier to do wrong with them but harder to do right, just find the courage in yourself
to do the right thing. I also took, follow your heart, core moral and values that is instilled in
oneself. When the painting was all "Red" but the little spot of white, that was very real spot
on. Honestly that's how hard doing the the right things could be and making the
right decisions. Feels like oneself is against the wall all along. What I taken from that image
was, even if you are by yourself still do the right thing. This would help someone in many
ways, like allowing them to dig deep within themselves to do the right thing. I feel this will
encourage people and even myself to step out on what your moral codes, and ethics are, that
feeling one has inside that tells "this is wrong" but this will ignite a fuel that will essentially
give the courage to feel like the right things is
