Smaller assignments have been built to this full-fledged proposal.  You researched and identified an issue in your local community and have been gradually adding information about how to address the issue, what kind of obstacles you might run into, who might be able to help, and other vital information.

Create a presentation that lays out your plan clearly and succinctly.  Include specific data that demonstrates what you discovered in your research, and then build a “vision” for how you can address the problem or need.  Imagine that you are presenting your plan to the local City Council, Mayor, Pastor, and/or other community leaders for approval.

It is very important that you read the following instructions carefully to create your fully completed Presentation.
THIS IS THE BIG PROJECT – Although you are focusing on adding more information to what you’ve already created, it is also important to revise and improve what you have done in Week 4 based on feedback from the instructor.

In addition, be thorough in your presentation by including supporting quotes that you have learned from reading and research during various aspects of this course.

Make your presentation visually appealing by adding pictures, quote boxes, or other visual elements.  It should be more than just text.  Be creative!

To add more information in this assignment, focus on the “Build” sections in the “Complete Guide to Strategic Planning ”

Using the previously created PPT presentation from Workshop 4, expand and include information from the “Build” section of the Guide.
Add to your presentation the categories from the “Build” section of the Guide, including:
Organizational Priorities and Goals
State key performance indicators (KPI)
Goals for smaller groups and individuals
Clarify your budget

Expand and clarify information already in your PPT based on feedback from the Faculty member, as well as improvements you see need to be made.

Be thorough. Remember to use ALL of the ideas you have considered throughout this course, including partnerships with other institutions, businesses, leaders, etc.
Support your work with scholarly academic resources, textbooks, or other sources provided.  Use of APA format is required for citations.  Include a References slide as the final slide.
