The Journey of Showing-Up Prior to Your Communications: Using the Personal Branding Self-Evaluation , write a couple sentence descriptor under the current self  column for each category in the table below that describes how you show up NOW as a communicator. Leave the “Plan ” and “Future self” columns open for now.
Note: The way you show up personally and the way you show up in a professional setting should be in alignment.  For example, if I slouch around in the community in sweat pants on my day off and run into business people, that impacts their perception of me. If I slouch around in sweat pants at my hometown in Wheaton, MN, where I don’t do any business that does not affect the business communities perception of me. However, it is easier to have one connected persona between professional and personal life.

Personal Branding Questionnaire: Provide the Personal Branding Questionnaire to at least three people who know you well and whose advice you value. Use this questionnaire: Personal Branding Questionnaire.
Trusted Advisor Meeting: Meet with at least one person who knows you well, who you trust has your best interest in mind, and will give you honest feedback that is both positive and negative on how you show up. Here are example questions you could ask them (This could be one of those people to whom you gave the Personal Branding Questionnaire):
What is the best part of being around me?
When and what do I do when it is challenging to be around me?
What is one thing you never want me to change?
What is one thing you wish I would change because it is holding me back?
Where do you see at me at my best?
Where do you see me at my worst?
What do you think other people’s perception of me is just based on my appearance and how I carry myself?
