For instance, I must identify the duties Petrol will do for customers so that I can modify the product to fulfill its obligations effectively. Moreover, sometimes vehicles run out of fuel when they are far away from petrol stations hence forcing them to walk to their destinations. Also, sometimes people are too busy to fuel their cars because they need to fulfill other duties. Therefore, Petrol will increase convenience as it will enable people to fuel their vehicle when they are busy or unable to reach a gas station on time.
