[Include a brief summary of your proposed data collection] To handle the COVID crisis in early 2020, Alibaba HR came out with a 3C strategy (communication, connection and commitment) to support businesses. I will deeply study strategic HRD by using Alibaba’s example. First discuss what is strategic HRD, then step into how we use strategic HRD in actual cases, how to involve every part of the organization into this strategy, how to communicate between different sectors to reach the common goal. Also, we will discuss issues within strategic HRD and how could it be improved.
In this research, I will use get data mainly from online quest/interview and their public data.
