EXAMPLES OF HOW THE PAPER SHOULD BE WRITTEN

The US Foreign Policy during this time was all about defeating Communism and keeping the balance of power in its favor but most importantly for its own economic interest. “a nation shows that it knows how to act with reasonable efficiency and decency in social and political matters…in flagrant cases of such wrongdoing or impotence, to the exercise of an international police power.” (Corollary, 2).
As so many Americans suffered through the Great Depression of the 1930’s, the financial crisis influence and US foreign policy in was that pulled the nation deeper into a period of “fascism” “…a monstrous plastid scale economic hurricane that wreaked have around the globe. All nations were walloped by its destructive force.” (Pageant, 600)
“The hardship of the Great Depression provoked in certain countries extreme political responses…Even in the United States there was a small fascist movement that felt that Fascism, a sort of authoritarian control of politics and economy by the state, would provide a solution. (Depression, 22:25).
All in all throughout the US foreign policy towards its Latin American Neighbors such as trade, diplomacy, military or defense, and foreign aid all define and restate the essential trends global views, “this Nation to the policy of the good neighbor- the neighbor who resolutely respects himself and, because he does so, respects the rights of others—the neighbor who respects his obligations and respects the sanctity of his agreements in and with a world of neighbors”(Neighbor, 1).
