Submission The quiz will open from 12 noon (AEST) on Friday of
Module 2.1 (Week 3), and close at 12 noon (AEST) on
Friday at the end of Module 2.2 (Week 4) the following
week.
For intensive class: Open 12 noon (AEST) on Friday of
Module 2.1 (Week 2), closes at 12 noon (AEST) on
Friday at the end of Module 3.1 (Week 3).
Weighting 15%
Total Marks 20 marks
Context:
The online quiz assessment includes multiple choice questions. It covers the learning topics
from Modules 1.1‐2.1.
NUTR2001: Human Nutrition 1 Quiz A
This assessment is aimed at consolidating the students understanding of the weekly content. By
prescribing this assessment, students are able to reflect on their understanding of the
importance of nutrition in relation to human physiology and health.

Instructions:
Students are to log in to their Blackboard account in order to complete the quiz. Once the
quiz has begun, students will have ONE attempt and 30 minutes to answer all of the questions.
 Quiz A will open at midday on the Friday of Week 3. This quiz will cover the content
from Modules 1.1 to 2.1. This quiz will be open for one week.
 The quiz and is worth 15% of the final grade for this subject.
 Review the learning resources for Modules 1.1, 1.2 and 2.1.
 You will have just ONE attempt and 30 minutes to complete it.
 Questions will comprise a mixture of multiple choice and labelling diagrams, word
match and short answer.
 The mark will be released on completion of marking.
Quiz A may include questions on any of the following:
– Module 1.1 Overview of Nutrition
– Module 1.2 Planning a Healthy Diet
– Module 2.1 Digestion, Absorption and Transport
