Reflect on your position with regards to one of the selected tenets (rights) of the ANA Nurses Bill of Rights. You will then be required to respond to at least two peers during the week.

Locate the ANA Nurses Bill of Rights (ANA Quality and Innovation Conference). Read the seven published rights and select one.
Explain what you might do, if your selected right was violated in the facility in which you worked. Think of an applied situation where you would need to find a solution.
List and argue the advantages and disadvantages of your solution(s).
