Argumentative Essay

I have some comments below:
1. First of all , you just write essay without enough citation , (2000 words only 5 citations !!!!).
You need to make sure every sentence that you wrote even you reference with proper citation or it was your own words.
Secondly, when citate a sentence, you should paraphrase it professionally , not just copy it from reference .I will mention an example ( only one example and I saw a lot of similar sentences in the essay without citations and excellent paraphrasing).Example: You wrote in page.4 line .5 ” Flexible culture: It is a culture that shifts from the conventional hierarchical approach to a professional one” ,
you just copied it from this search paper ( caa.lv/upload/userfiles/files/SMS/Read first quick overview/Hudson Long Hard Winding Road.pdf)page 12 : ‘a flexible culture which can take different forms but is characterised as shiftingfrom the conventional hierarchical mode to a flatter professional structure’.I know that your reference but you did not citate in the text and you did not do a quality paraphrasing
My next concern is the references themselves, you mentioned 5 references which is good but they did not meet my expectations (I expect 6 references at least : consists of a book , two Journals and 2 Articles ). You included a book , 2 journals , search paper and something like a poster. I did not see any article , the essay should include 2 articles. This poster (nhvr, 2018. Positive Safety Culture – Quick Guide. [online] Available at: nhvr.gov.au/files/201811-0937-sms-quick-guide-positive-safety-culture.pdf [Accessed 26 July 2020], this reference is not acceptable because it is not from authoritative industry stakeholders ,So , you have now four references left , you have to add 2 sources more ( they should be academic articles).
Fourthly, I did not see any figure , image or table in the paper, you should include one of these at least. ( also you have to reference it correctly).
Finally, you should include practical examples in the aviation field to support your point in the argument
