Appendix and a Report to CEO
For the financial analysis part, you should complete the balance sheet, income statement, common size balance sheet, common size income statement, and ratios in the attached EXCEL spreadsheet. After that, you will insert the image of your result into a word document and write your financial analysis based on them. The final result should look like the attached image. You can refer to (Financial Analysis F21 Revised) for more information about ratios.
For the report, the maximum words are 1500, and the rest will go to the appendix (14 page limit). They all need to be single-spaced and 12pt. The appendix part should be completed in POINT-FORM FORMAT. You can use tables if it’s necessary.
All of your writing should be based on the Netflix case. All of the data MUST COME FROM THE CASE ITSELF, the in-text citation from the case use (Case, page number, paragraph)-or from the textbook use (text, page number, paragraph) – see the attached citation requirement image below.
In case that you are lost, you could Google the definition and get ideas from it, but please support your ideas with case facts. Also, please do in-text citation for every case facts you used.
