My personal philosophy of nursing is rooted in the belief that providing compassionate, holistic care to all patients is at the heart of what it means to be a nurse. Nurses have unique roles on the front line of healthcare delivery; they are often entrusted by other medical professionals when caring for more complex cases or those needing higher levels of emotional support from start until finish. This makes acute assessment particularly important to ensure safe passage through hospitalization or treatment programs – something that begins even before admission into a facility depending on geography or illness severity. Therefore I recognize my responsibility as a nurse not only towards individual patients but also community health outcomes driven by evidence-based practice associated with best current standards for public safety.

Nurses must remain focused on treating each patient holistically – assessing physical symptoms alongside psychosocial effects – working together collaboratively toward mutual goals between caregiver and receiver so quality results can be achieved quickly and maximized over time if needed (e..g., longterm chronic illness).
