I need 3500 words in total, however, I have already started, which needs reviewing and working on: making the search strategy reproducible (as it currently isn’t), the Literature review, discussion and conclusion.

A good introduction – sets the scene for the incidence and physiological changes of sepsis and septic shock, guidelines for practice, discussion of treatment options and clinical rationale.
The aims/methodology are wordy, try to be more concise, you have used word allowance that you didn’t need to. You need to introduce both the time of vasopressin (your time is not supported by the research you have included) administration and 28 mortality to your introduction to justify it. You also need to write the recommendations for practice into your aims and include it in you appendices.
A good start to the search strategy with some justification but it is not reproducible. It is good to see the PRISMA, but it needs some developing. There is a reasonable number of research papers included for this stage.
The literature review demonstrates good background reading which is to be commended, but make sure you use this to analyse rather than give broad statements. There is clear use of the critiquing tool which helps with the flow of wring but you need to expand on you analysis. You are asking the right things of the literature but you need to analyse and evaluate this – what does it mean in terms of informing your recommendations for practice? Can they be used? You also need to synthesise- compare the studies (not simply write them next to each other). The results of the studies and the statistical tools employed have not been analysed or synthesised. What were the results and why are the results different/similar? Etc. I have made comments throughout the text to that you need to address.
The discussion and conclusion are poor and the student has failed to meet the whole assignment brief and include a table of recommendations.
