There are 2 tasks for this assignment.
Task 1 – Project Outcomes & Results Analysis
Now that you have had an opportunity to implement your project and gather some preliminary results, you will want to compile those results for evaluation and analysis.
Implement the evaluation measures you have developed and tabulate results.
Write a 2-page summary of your analysis of the results and determine if the project outcomes were met.
Task 2 – Practicum Project Final Report
In this task, you will complete the final phase of your project’s lifecycle. The Practicum Project Final Report is your evaluation of the effectiveness of your project. You will need to include a full summary of tasks completed and the outcomes of those tasks. You will evaluate those outcomes to determine whether your intervention was successful and identify areas and ways for improvement. This is the main assignment for the course.
As stated in Project Management for the Advanced Practice Nurse, the report should be written for someone who is unfamiliar with the project. Sipes (2019) stated, “The report should be prepared as a document with consideration that the persons reading it may not be familiar with the project. They should be able to read the report and know the ‘who’ involved and at what level, what was done, how it was done, and why the project was needed” (p. 179).
Write a 7- to 8-page report (not including title page, table of contents, reference page, or appendices) incorporating the topics below:
