This is a showcase business report of an change project carried out within an educational setting evaluating the impact of the B.A.S.I.C. Coaching model in promoting leadership development among senior leaders within an educational setting. Please use documents attached as a guidance notes Please note the completed 14000 word dissertation hasnt been release to me ,I have placed research from different theories that must be used . Please note that all visuals will be used as part of word count so I added variations of the kotter work so the writer can choose . The writer must use the top tip guidance notes 1 and 2 headings as a starting point , Please ensure to read the detail allocation of marks for each section.
